I signed up to twitter and sent a tweet. However, that was a few days ago and now is the time to say how I feel about it. I do not think I would use twitter....why would I? If someone can give me reasons to do so I might change my mind. Talking to my colleagues most feel the same way.
Now that I have signed on I at least know something about it. If a customer ask about twitter I can inform them about the site.
Good point you make that, even if you don't find it useful, you now know how it works and can assist with customer Twitter queries. Well done on completing week 3!
